The conversation will focus on (1) client-first contact and follow up, (2) case planning, (3) case investigation, (4) summary judgment, (5) discovery, (6) mediation and settlement, (7) pre-litigation strategies, and (8) litigation. Because the conversation will build on itself, it is important that participants attend the entire day of training.
