How to reset password?

To reset your password go to the login page My.NLADA.Org and at the bottom there is a link “Click here to reset your password.” An email will be sent to the inbox of the email attached to your profile. The reset link will expire in an hour- make sure to check your junk/spam folders. If you do not receive the reset password email, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

How to submit a question through My.NLADA.Org?

When logged in to your profile, go to the “Requests” tab and click the “Add New Request” button. Then select the appropriate “Request Type” and enter your question.

What if I do not want my information to show in the directory?

Login and go to the “Accounts” tab then to “Personal Info” on your profile page. Scroll down and uncheck the box by “Show in Directory.”

Membership Questions

How do I submit a payment for an open order on my Individual Profile?

After logging in, you will see any open balances on your “Overview” page. You can also click on the “Purchases” tab and look at Orders. Select the Order you want to pay.

How do I make updates to my contact information on my Individual Profile?

After logging in, go to the “Account” tab and go through the different sections to make updates to your personal and contact information.

How do I make a donation, sign up for membership or shop for myself on the My.NLADA.Org site?

After logging in you will see numerous tabs on the left hand side where you can sign up for a membership, make a donation, register for an event, or purchase a subscription, sponsorship or publication. Select the option you are looking for and then follow through to select the specific item you want to purchase or the specific fund you want to make a donation to and then fill out the required information.

How do I add or update a voting code?

When logged in to your Individual profile, go to the “Account” tab and then “Personal Info”. Scroll down to the “Select Voting Classification” and select or update your voting code. NLADA encourages all members to select a voting code which will allow for participation in NLADA’s yearly elections.

Where to find membership renewal forms?

Click HERE to go to the membership page and select your membership category. Then click through to select the “Submit an Application” button to pull up the renewal form. Once you have filled out that form please email it to [email protected] or mail it in with your membership payment. Mailing information can be found on the form.

As Primary Contact how do I update my organization’s profile?

If you are the Primary Contact, login and go to the Organization tab on your profile. You will see the organization you are linked to. Click on the “Manage” button on the far right. Then go to the Account tab on the Organization profile. From there  you can update your budget information, contact information and more.

As Primary Contact how do I update our linked employees?

Once logged into your Individual profile, click on the Organization tab and then click on the “Manage” button on the next page. This will take you to the Organization’s profile and you can click on “Individuals” tab. You will then see a list of linked employees. You are provided the option to “Add New Individuals” or “End Relationship” with a former employee. NLADA encourages all Primary Contacts to regularly update their linked employees in the system.

How often do I need to update my organization’s budget?

As the Primary Contact you can login and make budget updates to your organization’s profile at any time. Budgets should be reviewed and updated annually in conjunction with the organization’s annual membership renewal. To review and update your organization’s budget, log in and go to the “Organization” tab and click the “Manage” button on the next page. The organizational budget can be reviewed and updated from this page.
