In this position, you will provide high-quality legal services in matters involving immigration benefit applications for survivors of severe forms of human trafficking and domestic violence, as well as wage claims and other issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
This role calls for a commitment to excellence, compassion, and advocacy. Core responsibilities include comprehensive case management, direct client representation and support, legal research and writing, and handling litigation or administrative proceedings. You will also supervise and guide the legal work of assigned paralegal staff. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish.
