A Better Childhood (ABC) is seeking a passionate and skilled litigator for a new leadership position – someone who will inspire and support ABC’s talented legal staff. Together with ABC’s founder Marcia Lowry, the Deputy Director for Litigation and Advocacy will design legal strategies and lead class-action cases on behalf of children in failing state foster care systems. CCLS seeks a staff attorney to join the Legal Advice Line (LAL) intake team. LAL allows individuals and groups in Central California to apply for and, if determined eligible, to receive legal advice regarding a wide range of legal issues.
CCLS seeks a full-time, experienced Staff Attorney to be a part of its dynamic Housing Team. Our Housing Team oversees and implements the Shriver Right to Counsel and Homelessness Prevention Projects, which act to prevent homelessness.
