Position Description:
The Fair Lending Center at United South Broadway Corporation is looking for a driven, dedicated full-time Staff Attorney to defend low-income borrowers across New Mexico against mortgage foreclosures. Experience in foreclosures, residential real estate, and consumer protection are huge pluses, Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. Salary is based on experience, and a competitive benefits package is included in all offers. Must be admitted to the New Mexico bar.
