LSNJ is seeking an attorney to join its Workers Legal Rights Project, which provides free legal advice and representation to low-income workers, with special emphasis on wage and unemployment insurance matters. You may also be involved in community and client education and outreach activities.

Requirements: 

We will consider individuals with various level of relevant legal experience; those with expertise in legal representation of workers, especially low wage and immigrant. Civil rights, benefits or immigration law will be especially valued as well as recent graduates with a significant interest in wage and UI matters, a commitment to advocacy on behalf of low income marginalized people including immigrant communities and other relevant experience. Bi-lingual-Spanish and other languages are a plus.
