New Hampshire Legal Assistance (NHLA) seeks a Medical Legal Partnership (MLP) Staff Attorney. The MLP
Staff Attorney will be based in our Claremont, NH office with in-person duties in both Claremont and Lebanon, NH.
Some remote work will be available.
The MLP Staff Attorney will work with NHLA’s partner organizations to provide legal education, legal advice,

consult on potential referrals and provide ongoing educational training on identifying civil legal issues and
common civil legal issues for people with low income. The MLP Staff Attorney will also work closely with the

excellent opportunity to work in an innovative multidisciplinary setting.
NHLA has a remote work policy, and as noted above, will consider a mix of remote and on-site work for this
position. The MLP Staff Attorney will be provided with the necessary equipment to work from home, from
NHLA’s Claremont office, and from our two partner sites. Some travel throughout New Hampshire is a
requirement of the position. Occasional travel out of state, for example to national conferences, is anticipated.
Travel reimbursement including mileage is provided.
