The ideal candidate will have a passion for justice and corrections systems reform and experience with: incarceration and transitioning home; fundraising, managing a budget and grant-writing; providing direct services to a marginalized population with few resources; management and leadership skills to represent New Start Project; and serving as an advocate in the community, among activists and to influence elected and appointed officials for reform.
