Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead and supervise case teams, composed of at least the lead attorney, one associate attorney, one paralegal, and one data analyst;
• Develop legal theories and litigation strategies to successfully lead complex cases to a successful conclusion and maximize recovery for our clients;
• Develop and maintain client relationships;
• Conduct and oversee interviews of clients and potential witnesses;
• Manage discovery (issue discovery demands, take and defend depositions, move to compel discovery, oppose defendants’ unreasonable requests, and ensure discovery is complete);
• Lead and manage drafting of court and arbitration filings, which includes: complaints, collective and class action motions, summary judgment, and pre-trial filings;
• Evaluate new cases;
• Lead mediation process, which includes overseeing damage calculations, mediation statement drafting, and risk assessment;
• Collaborate with associates, paralegals, and data scientists on data discovery;
• Lead oral arguments;
• Identify and advocate for ways to expand FLSA & state wage/hour laws.

Compensation includes a salary range of $115,000 to $125,000 depending on relevant experience, bonuses in profitable years, vacation and sick pay, health insurance, 401k, 18 weeks of parental leave for the birth or adoption of a child, and other benefits. We have a reasonable 1,400 billable hour requirement. We are family-friendly and thrive on a collegial, team-based litigation approach.
