Key Responsibilities
• Handle civil litigation cases efficiently from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other complex legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support robust case strategy.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to ensure top-quality client service.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Idaho (required); additional state licenses (OR, WA, CA, MT) are a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
