Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Health Care Counsel or Senior Counsel to join its nationally recognized Health Care & Life Sciences practice in the Washington, D.C., office.
The ideal candidate will have 6 to10+ years of experience with False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and litigation, along with a strong background in health care fraud and abuse laws. Prior experience at the Department of Justice Civil Fraud Division or a U.S. Attorneys Office is highly preferred.
• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 610+ years of experience handling FCA matters, including investigations and complex litigation
• Deep knowledge of federal health care fraud and abuse statutes and regulations
• Government experience (DOJ or U.S. Attorneys Office) strongly preferred
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
