Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Chambers-rated Capital Markets practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-driven environment on sophisticated structured finance matters within a top-tier international platform.
Candidates will have 2 to 5 years of experience (only) in structured finance, including purchase and sale transactions, servicing agreements, and related financing matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent purchasers, sellers, servicers, creditors, and borrowers, including banks, finance companies, private equity and hedge funds, and public/private companies in structured finance transactions
Draft and negotiate primary transaction documents and agreements
Communicate directly with clients and transaction counterparties
Collaborate with colleagues and manage transaction closings
Provide additional support to the practice as needed
