Seeking a licensed attorney, recent law graduate or law student with a commitment to civil liberties, due process rights, and accountability in state and federal proceedings. The project involves supporting a landmark case alleging systemic ADA discrimination, probate exploitation, and related civil rights violations.
Opportuntiy to collaborate with a World Renowned Constitutional Attorney from Washington D.C.
Experience with civil litigation, probate, or constitutional claims preferred
Excellent research and writing skills
Responsibilities:
Research federal and Connecticut statutes and procedural rules
Draft memoranda and support filings in active litigation
Help document and analyze evidence related to due process and ADA violations
Coordinate with oversight bodies and other stakeholders as needed
Compensation:
Unpaid pro bono role at this stage; stipends or compensation may be offered if litigation funding is secured.
Location:
Remote or Connecticut-based candidates preferred.
