This is a high-impact Counsel role offering the opportunity to manage sophisticated employment litigation, provide strategic advice, and work with leading clients in California’s vibrant business landscape.

About the Opportunity
• Serve as a trusted advisor and litigator on a diverse range of labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff cases, class actions, and PAGA claims.
• Work cases independently from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Advise employers on compliance with federal and California employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with a team of top-tier attorneys in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Defend clients in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and reasonable accommodation claims.
• Manage PAGA and class action matters.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery; prepare and argue dispositive and discovery motions.
• Take and defend depositions, including of plaintiffs and corporate representatives.
• Provide day-to-day counseling on employment law issues, workplace policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement proactive labor and employment strategies for clients.

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary range: $270,000 – $290,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
