The Opportunity
The Bail Project (TBP) is seeking an experienced, thoughtful, and visionary leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The new CEO will oversee all facets of the organization’s work and guide it into its next stage of impact. They will build upon The Bail Project’s early success throughout the country and work in close partnership with the Board and staff to advocate for TBP’s mission.

Requirements: 

The ideal candidate for the position of CEO at The Bail Project will be an inclusive leader who builds and supports a culture of collaboration and empowerment across the organization's functions and regions. Together with the Senior Leadership Team, the CEO will develop and refine internal systems and processes; recruit new talent to advance the organization’s mission; promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture through strategic communications, gatherings, and other team building activities; and assess and manage risk.
