Position Description: 

The Lancaster County, Nebraska, Public Defender’s Office (Lincoln, Nebraska) has 3 attorney openings. These are entry level positions. The successful applicants will be highly motivated attorneys dedicated to indigent defense and licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska, or able to become licensed in the next two months. The applicants should have an interest in juvenile and adult criminal defense litigation and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Starting salary is for an entry level Attorney is $71,683 with an excellent benefit package.

Requirements: 

Licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska, or able to become licensed in the next two months.
