Legal Services of South Central Michigan, Legal Services of Northern Michigan, and Lakeshore
Legal Aid to provide outreach and a wide range of legal representation and advocacy to victims
of crime, primarily domestic violence and elder abuse survivors, under the federal Victims of
Crime Act (VOCA).

Applicants should be licensed to practice law in Michigan or be eligible to waive in or to take the
next Michigan bar examination. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to underserved
populations' experience with issues impacting domestic violence or elder abuse survivors is
ideal. Salary starts at $46,000 for new attorneys; salary for experienced attorneys will depend
on experience. Includes excellent benefits.
