POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Berkeley Law Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic (Samuelson Clinic) seeks applications for a Clinic Supervising Attorney.
Under the supervision of the Clinic directors, the Supervising Attorney’s general responsibilities include training and supervising students in client representation; working on the clinic’s docket of projects and cases, managing one or more legal cases or projects independently (i.e., without a co-supervisor); mentoring Clinic Teaching Fellows; and performing varied administrative and other tasks to assist in Clinic’s operation.
