Micronesian Legal Services Corporation (MLSC) seeks to increase access to justice throughout Micronesia, through a network of regional offices in the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, and Guam.
MLSC is seeking applications for the position of Attorney in our office on Guam, which is located near the courthouse in Hagatna.
General Responsibilities:
MLSC increases access to justice primarily through three strategies: comprehensive civil legal services, from advice to representation in court; community education; and collaboration. We welcome applications from attorneys with experience and enthusiasm for advocating for low income communities using all three strategies.
The attorney will handle a wide variety of civil cases.
• Graduation from an American Bar Association-accredited law school, possession of a current license to practice law in a state or territory of the United States
