Position Description:
POSITION: STAFF ATTORNEY at Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation’s Eastern Regional Office- Champaign.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Representation of low income persons and senior citizens in bankruptcy and consumer cases. Participation in community legal education and outreach.
Requirements:
Illinois license. Demonstrated commitment to representation of low-income individuals. Prior bankruptcy experience preferred. Prior legal services experience preferred.
