Legal Aid is accepting applications for summer law clerk positions. The law clerks will perform legal research and provide other assistance to Legal Aid attorneys in their cases. In addition, all summer law clerks attend regular seminars on public interest law topics with their supervisors and other attorneys. Also, our summer law clerks will have opportunities to observe court proceedings.
Applicants who can obtain funding from their law school, Equal Justice Works, or other sources, are preferred.
Applicants must have a strong academic record, an interest in public interest law, and good organizational and communication skills.
