Position Description: 

Legal Aid of Western Ohio, a non-profit regional law firm that provides high-quality legal assistance to low-income persons and groups in western Ohio, seeks a dynamic, innovative attorney for its Lima office. This position will focus on representation of Domestic Violence survivors, including providing holistic representation and working closely with community based partners. Excellent legal and communication skills; experience with computer software and Microsoft Office; ability to relate well with low income clients; and commitment to legal services required. Previous experience in areas of domestic violence, family law, or poverty law in general is highly preferred. Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is helpful. Membership in Ohio Bar or ability to be admitted by motion or temporary certification is required. Excellent Fringe Benefits

Requirements:
