As we transition to the new company, we would share a few important pieces of information.
POLICIES WITH EXPIRATION DATES OF JANUARY 1, 2023 AND LATER:
All NLADA Insurance Program policies with an effective date of January 1, 2023 or later will be underwritten by NLADA Mutual. Your current policy with Hanover will remain in effect until its expiration date in 2023. Hanover is required to provide you with a notice of nonrenewal in advance of the expiration date. We will send you the notice along with instructions on how to continue your participation in the NLADA Insurance Program with an NLADA Mutual policy. All currently reported claims and any that arise until your 2022 policy expires will continue to be handled by Hanover until they are closed.
Important: Please be sure to file all current claims and potential claims with Hanover before the expiration date of your policy.
POLICIES WITH EXPIRATION DATES BETWEEN TODAY AND DECEMBER 31, 2022:
All NLADA Insurance Program policies with an expiration date between today and December 31, 2022 will be underwritten by Hanover. When you reapply for your NLADA Insurance Program policy for 2023, it will be underwritten by NLADA Mutual.
Important: Please be sure to file all current claims and potential claims with Hanover before the expiration date of your Hanover policy.
We are pleased to note that regardless of when your new policy goes into effect, as a member of the NLADA Insurance Program, you can access the risk management services that NLADA Mutual Insurance will offer.

Follow the instructions for completing the application.

For prospective new customers or returning customers:
