Job Description
The Oklahoma Indigent Defense System (OIDS) is the statewide public defender agency which provides legal representation to indigent clients throughout the State of Oklahoma, with the exception of Oklahoma and Tulsa counties.

The objective summary of this job classification is to provide professional legal services for the Law Offices of the Public Defender in representing juvenile and adult indigent clients in areas of litigation, appeal, counsel, research and analysis.

The St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office will be looking for two summer legal interns. The individuals selected will preferably be able to work 28-32 hours per week. The work schedule will be for 9 to 10 weeks during summer. This position will run from mid-May to early August 2025.
