This highly interactive, two-day pre-conference session is designed for trainers, facilitators, supervisors and learning leaders across public defense, civil legal aid  and the broader equal justice community. Bring a real training project you're developing and use it as your working project throughout the institute.

Through hands-on design labs, facilitation practice, peer coaching and expert instruction, you will strengthen your skills in adult learning, instructional design, learner engagement, inclusive facilitation and training technology while making tangible progress on your own project. You will  leave with practical tools, new ideas, a network of colleagues, and a training plan that's ready to put into action.
