The BPDA Summer Conference, taking place June 16–18, 2026, is for Black defenders and all those committed to defending our communities with excellence and zeal. Public defense requires us to show up for our clients and each other—and for three days, we’re doing exactly that.
Expect plenaries that inspire, workshops that sharpen your practice, and space for strategic planning that helps shape BPDA’s future. This is an opportunity to connect, reflect, and strengthen the network our communities deserve.
