NLS is looking to hire a Staff Attorney for the Elko office. The Staff Attorney will take appointments to represent adult wards in guardianship proceedings and will represent low-income individuals in other civil matters, including: landlord/tenant; consumer; public benefits; and family law. The staff attorney will be expected to travel to outlying counties and nursing facilities to meet with clients. This is a full-time position. Benefits include paid sick and vacation time, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance. Nevada Legal Services is an EOE. Salary DOE 42k-58k.
