Location: Washington, DC Office

Outten & Golden seeks a senior-level attorney (associate or counsel) who will work in its Washington, DC office (opening January 2016) representing employees on individual negotiation and litigation in all areas of employment law, including cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, layoffs and executive compensation. The attorney will have extensive client contact and the opportunity to work on cases in a variety of contexts including federal and state courts, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative agencies (e.g., the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission).

Requirements: 

Desired Skills and Expertise

• Must have 4-8 years of experience, including substantial experience in employment law.
• Experience interacting with and counseling individual clients.
• Seasoned drafting, writing, analytical, and client management skills.
• Commitment to protecting individual employment rights.
