The Federal Public Defender for the District of Utah is accepting applications for a full-time Paralegal to be stationed in our St. George Utah Branch Office. The federal defender organization operates under authority of the Criminal Justice Act, 18 U.S.C. Section 3006A, to provide legal representation to individuals unable to afford counsel charged with federal criminal offenses and related matters in the federal courts. Our office is made up of a dedicated team of attorneys, investigators, paralegals, and administrative staff.
