Duties include: scanning high volumes of both public and confidential records; optimizing scans for digital storage; and organizing and saving to local network drive and/or cloud-based file storage systems. One position will work with and report to the Appellate Defender and may involve some inventory of paper records and require some familiarity with types of records generated in the course of administration of appellate defense representation. The other position will work with IDS Central and report to IDS administrative staff. Full-time preferred (40 hrs./week) but part-time may also be acceptable.
