· Assist with preparing and inputting data for EBCLC's case files that are shipped off-site

annually

· Assist with administrative tasks in support of EBCLC’s offices generally, including updating staff directories, assessing office inventory, scanning and distributing mail, and providing support to programs as requested

· Provide additional administrative support and other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Qualifications
• Two (2) years of experience in an administrative, social, or legal service; a BA degree may substitute for the experience requirement.

• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Demonstrate ability to work well with people of diverse ethnic, cultural, religious, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service

• Ability to work with people in crisis, including people with mental disabilities, in an empathetic and professional manner

• Strong desire to support clients from underserved communities and a commitment to social and racial justice
