They will cultivate and manage relationships in support of banking, investments, and risk management activities for the organization. They will regularly review operations with an eye towards what system and process improvements will best serve the organization in the future.
• The Director of Finance directly supervises the Deputy Director of Finance, who manages the Staff Accountant. The Director of Finance reports to the Executive Director.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Contracts Officer to oversee management and contract compliance of EBCLC’s government contracts including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting. Advise Executive Director and Contracts Officer on the negotiation of government contracts.
• Work with Co-Deputy Directors and Chief People and Culture Officer to coordinate finance and human resource management, especially in the areas of payroll and benefits administration.
