WRR is known for its advocacy on behalf of unions and working people and seeks an associate to work on various aspects of our firm’s work, including but not limited to representing workers in the construction industry, litigation involving anti-discrimination and anti-harassment law, union staff and steward trainings, as well as appearances in arbitration and before various administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board. Applicants must be detail-oriented and possess exemplary research, writing, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience.
