Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be received in writing at the NLADA office no later than December 8, 2018. Cancellations and refunds are subject to a $75 administrative charge. After the deadline, registration fees are transferable, less a $75 administrative charge, to another NLADA training event scheduled before December 31, 2019, but they are not refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the event. Please notify NLADA of substitutions in writing.
Registration Desk
The Registration Desk for the Appellate Defender Training will open Thursday, January 19, at 8:00 a.m. Thereafter, the desk will open at 7:30 each morning. All conference materials, including on-site programs and name badges, will be distributed at registration. Session locations will be posted on reader boards located in the Lobby and Meeting Room Levels, and a final agenda with specific session room locations will be available at registration.
CLE
NLADA has applied for continuing legal education credits in most states that have mandatory CLE requirements. CLE forms, instructions, and a list of accrediting states will be included in on-site registration packets.
