Location: New York Office
Outten & Golden seeks a junior associate who will work in its New York office representing employees on individual negotiation and litigation in all areas of employment law, including cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, layoffs and executive compensation. The associate will have extensive client contact and the opportunity to work on cases in a variety of contexts including federal and state courts, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative agencies (e.g., the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission).

Must have 1-3 years of experience, preferably in employment law. Applicants with judicial clerkship experience are preferred. Successful candidates will have strong analytical, writing, research and client management skills and a commitment to protecting individual employment rights.
