Everytown Law seeks two creative and thoughtful attorneys for full-time, fixed term fellowships with a fall 2026 end date. One of the positions will begin in fall 2024 and the other is available immediately (spring 2024).
Under the general direction of the Attorney Supervisor (Director of Non-Capital Appellate), Attorney IV supports the development of attorneys at the Office of the State Public Defender (OSPD) in meeting the qualifications to be lead counsel in death penalty cases.
The Assistant Public Defender (APD) will be headquartered in the Ross County Office of our Trial Services Division.
