The position is an entry level position and the attorney will be responsible for representing youth in the Separate Juvenile Court of Lancaster County. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated attorney dedicated to indigent defense and licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska, or able to become licenses in the next two months. The applicants should have an interest in juvenile and adult criminal defense litigation and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Starting salary is for entry level Attorney I $69,765.28 with an excellent benefit package.
