Defender Leadership blog is a new online community created to support to defender leaders as they navigate this rapidly changing environment. We will focus on leading and managing change in a post Covid-19 world. NLADA will share new resources focused on funding, deincarceration and racial equity as a part of our efforts to provide ongoing technical assistance to the field. Defender leaders can easily exchange information and resources through our discussion board, and take part in NLADA on-demand learning modules. This resource is critically important to the defender community at this time, and NLADA is ideally structured to support defenders in supporting your work at the local and national level.
