Colorado Legal Services seeks a 3 year grant attorney to coordinate the provision of various legal
services to female and male, domestic and foreign national victims of sex and labor trafficking; provide
direct representation in immigration and record-sealing cases; assist with representation of human
trafficking survivors in civil litigation; conduct initial interviews with potential victims of trafficking and
coordinate trainings for victim advocates and attorneys to raise awareness of human trafficking.

Position requires an interest in crime victim advocacy, immigration law and civil litigation. Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills required. Fluency in oral and written Spanish required. Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented and have sensitivity to serving the legal needs of immigrants and crime victims. Experience in direct client representation required; specific experience in immigration law and serving domestic and foreign national victims of trafficking preferred. Frequent overnight travel required.
