THIS ATTORNEY POSITION will provide Constitutional representation for people charged with crimes in Kootenai County. Assignments will be primarily felony cases but with assignment of misdemeanor, juvenile and child protective cases as well. This position requires experience defending clients charged with criminal offenses. Trial advocacy and strong writing skills are required. Please provide one writing sample.
• $71,246 to $74,000 per year depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
• Juris-Doctorate and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training. Maintains continuing legal education credits to maintain standing with the Idaho State Bar.
• License to practice as an attorney in the State of Idaho.
• Do you possess or have the ability to possess a driver’s license and are you insurable?
