Founded in 1978, SeniorLAW Center is a dynamic nonprofit public interest legal services organization whose
mission is to seek justice for older people by using the power of the law, educating the community and
advocating on local, state and national levels. We are the only non-profit agency in Pennsylvania whose sole
focus is providing legal assistance to elders and protecting their legal rights. SeniorLAW Center focuses on the
needs of elders, prioritizing those who are low-income, cultural/racial minorities, the disabled, and those facing
other vulnerabilities and challenges. We fight senior poverty, fraud and homelessness, provide protection from
elder abuse and financial exploitation, enable grandparents to raise grandchildren, and improve access to justice.

SeniorLAW Center seeks experienced candidates to join its team of public interest attorneys and advocates.
Under the direction of Senior Director, Finance and Operations, the Project Administrator will assist with
administration and compliance for multiple federal grants under the Victim of Crimes Act (VOCA). The
Project Administrator will ensure compliance with Federal funding obligations under VOCA, ensure that all
compliance requirements are implemented correctly and efficiently, oversee that required data is captured in a
timely manner and ensure that a system is in place for inputting and retrieving required data for reporting
purposes. The Project Administrator will work collaboratively with Senior Director, Finance and Operations
and Director, Victim Services to create, maintain and update compliance data for all VOCA funded projects in
the case management system; run reports as needed related to VOCA funded projects; input information as
requested to support the collection and management of key data for the VOCA contracts; communicate
consistently with Senior Director, Finance and Operations, Director, Victim Services and VOCA team members
to ensure continuity of case management and other contract deliverables under the various VOCA grant
projects.

Requirements: 

We are seeking a highly professional, energetic, flexible, and confident individual to fill this position.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum of 2 years’ related experience preferred. The ideal candidate should
possess excellent project management and organizational skills, solid data and analytical skills and the ability to
manage multiple priorities and projects and have a strong attention to detail. The candidate must possess the
ability to develop a thorough understanding and knowledge of complex government contracts and reporting
requirements. Ability to work under pressure, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to work with a team. Ability
to maintain confidential information. Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office products, web
search, scanning and other relevant platforms. Experience with data management systems and strong Excel
skills required. Experience in contract administration and compliance required. Work with an enthusiastic and
excellent team of public interest attorneys and advocates. Salary is competitive in the nonprofit public interest
