HIAS Pennsylvania is excited to add a Supervising Attorney to our Immigrant Youth Advocacy Program. The Youth Team advocates for immigrant youth in removal proceedings and works to help our young clients achieve stability in the United States.
OPCD is an independent agency of the Tennessee state government. The agency represents people on Tennessee’s death row in appealing their convictions and sentences in state court, as well as in seeking clemency from the Governor.
Organization Overview: Lakeshore Legal Aid serves low-income people, seniors, and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in a holistic manner to address clients’ legal issues and improve our communities.
Position:
As a full-time criminal defense attorney you’ll be working in a busy public defense firm that provides representation for court-appointed clients. The ideal start date would be between March 1 and March 15, 2024.
POSITION: Fall/Spring Semester Law Clerk (Homelessness Prevention Project) - EDC
LOCATION: Ron Olson Justice Center, South Office and Other Self Help Locations
SALARY: $22.00/hour (Part-Time Position)
