Position Description: 

Reporting to the Grants & Contracts Manager and the Admin Director of Training, Technology and Other Support. The Grants and Data Resources Coordinator (GDRC) will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of CRLA’s grant process/administration, case management system and other electronic resources. This is a Central Administration position working from the CRLA Marysville office.

DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain comprehensive files for grants that include but not limited to research, data, applications, award letters, agreements, reports, invoices, and funder communications (soft and hardcopy).
• Ensure that grant information, reports, templates, schedules and deadlines are easily accessible to all CRLA offices.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Case Management System (CMS) user accounts and other applicable electronic resources (LawToolBox, eFileCA, LexisNexis- Lexis Advance & PLI).
• Assist in the delivery of CMS trainings to new hires and as needed to all staff.
• Assist all users in accessing, utilizing and resolving minor technical CMS issues.
• Ensure all grant deliverables are documented and that the grant-funded staff time records are accurately recorded in CMS.
• Ensure CMS data integrity by conducting data reviews in the grants and contracts reporting process and through on-going quality control audits.
• Assist in CMS maintenance of fields and tables as requested.
• Coordinate, communicate, and disseminate information to staff, partners, funders, and resource vendors as requested.
• Assist in the drafting and distribution of communications to staff about trainings, grant related practices, opportunities, data integrity, and CRLA’s e-resources.
• Manage the law library by ordering, distributing, cataloging, reconciling invoices, requesting payments and communicating library resources to staff.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing evaluation/feedback data.
• Produce draft grant reports as required by funders.
• Research and report on potential funding opportunities.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
• One plus year of professional experience
• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding customer service
• Comfortable working with technology, learning new systems, and troubleshooting
• Strong computer and clerical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Possess business process knowledge with an excellent logical and analytical abilities
• Highly professional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to quickly grasp/understand new tasks/information and able to take initiative
• Work as team member and independently, use innovative techniques and ingenuity to problem-solve

Preferred
• Understanding of, and passion for, CRLA mission
• Working knowledge of Share Point
• One year of working in grants
• Experience working with client management systems/databases
• Willingness to learn back-end customization

Salary range: 
$35,000 - $50,000 commensurate with work experience
