NLADA conference attendees staying at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa will receive a discounted room rate of $104 single/ double occupancy per night (exclusive of taxes). The deadline date for reservations is February 10, 2011. After that date, requests for reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or deposit. Be sure to inform the reservations agent that you are with the NLADA Life in the Balance Conference to secure the discounted rate. Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m.

The Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa is located approximately 13 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Mears Transportation provides shuttle service to the hotel and leaves the airport about every 20-30 minutes. When you arrive at the airport, proceed to the baggage claim area to purchase your tickets, which currently cost $20.00 per adult and $16.00 per child one way or $33.00 per adult and $26.00 per child round trip.
