NLADA conference attendees at the Le Pavillon Hotel will receive a rate of $133 single/double per night (exclusive of 13% guest room tax and $1.00 occupancy charge). The deadline date for reservations is December 31, 2009. After that date, requests for reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or deposit. Be sure to inform the reservations agent that you are with the NLADA conference to secure the discounted rate. Reservations cancelled 36 hours prior to arrival will be charged one room night and tax. Check-in starts at 3:00 pm and check-out is at noon.

Special airfare discounts of up to 5% percent are available on American Airlines to New Orleans, Louisiana. Book fares online only at www.aa.com. To get the NLADA discount, indicate A7610AM in the promotional code box. Fares are subject to airline terms and availability.

Le Pavillon Hotel is located 13 miles from the Louis Armstrong International Airport. Airport Shuttle is the official ground transportation for the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Shuttle service is available to and from the hotel for $15 one-way, per person. For assistance and to purchase tickets, please proceed to the Airport Shuttle ticket desks, located directly across from or near the airline's baggage claim area on the ground level. The luggage policy is 3 average size pieces per person. Shuttle tickets are non-refundable. Handicap vehicles require a 2-week advance reservation. AVIS has been selected as the official rental car agency for NLADA’s Appellate Defender Training. AVIS will extend a 5-10% discount on a lower qualifying rate to the participants of the conference.
