The Equal Justice Community is at a cross roads requiring us to be intentional and purposeful about leadership development for seasoned and emerging leaders. This highly interactive learning event will help participants develop leadership practices and behaviors essential to the exemplary leadership required of equal justice advocates, managers, and leaders.

As a participant, you will have the opportunity to use self assessment and 360 degree feedback instruments to improve and strengthen your leadership. You will learn how to inspire, motivate and support your direct reports and better staff your manager, director, or board of directors.
