The CLASP Services memos are available in PDF format. If you
are a subscriber, you can
view the memos online.
The CLASP Services memos offer periodic
and comprehensive analyses and information on pending or
proposed legislation affecting LSC and its grantees, regulatory and
policy developments, LSC Office of Inspector General
Developments, and state planning and configuration.
This subscription is available only to NLADA civil
program members. The cost is $500 per year. Programs that subscribe to CLASP Services
and the NLADA Update pay $800 for both (a savings of $200).
These costs are not membership dues and may be paid from LSC
funds. To subscribe please contact Member Services.
