Access the CLASP Services Memos (subscribers only).

CLASP Services is an invaluable combination of written analyses and technical assistance available only to Civil program members of NLADA. The annual fee is $500, though NLADA Update subscribers receive a discount for both (see pricing information below). This subscription fee is not membership dues and may be paid from LSC funds.

CLASP Services subscribers receive:

• CLASP memos on LSC policy memos when they are released, by e-mail and accessible to subscribers via the NLADA website. The CLASP Services memos offer periodic and comprehensive analyses and information on pending or proposed legislation affecting LSC and its grantees, regulatory and policy developments, LSC Office of Inspector General Developments, and state planning and configuration.
• Telephone advice and assistance
• Representation before LSC on all regulatory issues and many policy issues.
• CLASP Guides on Regulations. These are detailed guides to specific regulations.
• Memos on issues raised by proposed regulations that have been sent out by LSC for comment.
• Analyses of all final regulations.
• Legal representation before LSC on a specific issue or matter.
• Training on LSC policies and regulations.

Special Pricing for NLADA Update Subscribers
Programs that subscribe to both CLASP Services and the NLADA Update, which also costs $500 per year, receive a discounted combined rate of $800 per year, a savings of $200, for subscribing to both CLASP Services and the NLADA Update. These subscription services are available only to NLADA civil program members. The subscription fees are not membership dues and may be paid from LSC funds.
