Reasons cited for opposition are: 1) the information is protected by non-disclosure statutes, 2) the requested task is time-consuming in the extreme, 3) there is apotential risk to public safety, 4) such a task is irrelevant to this particular case and 5) the requested task is unnecessary for conducting research on the accuracy of statistical accuracy.
