In its continuing effort to assist indigent defense programs in providing quality services, meeting national standards and increasing resources, NLADA provides program evaluation services. An experienced team consisting of a knowledgeable staff member, defender chiefs and others with leadership and management expertise will evaluate all or any aspect of a program or system and make recommendations for improving quality and complying with relevant standards. Administrators of indigent defense programs, state or county officials or others may contract for NLADA's evaluation services.
